A global movement empowering and connecting women entrepreneurs, founders, operators, and investors.
Connecting founders, operators, and investors through thoughtful conversations.Through podcast conversations and community gatherings, we explore what it really takes to build companies, navigate uncertainty, and create meaningful careers. We believe the stories behind building companies matter - not just the successes, but the thinking, struggles, and lessons along the way.
Our goal is to build a global network of founders, operators, and supporters who believe in amplifying women's voices in entrepreneurship.
Each episode features conversations with women founders and builders across industries, from technology and beauty to real estate, creative ventures, and social impact.
No two journeys look the same, and that’s what makes them worth listening to. These conversations explore what it really means to build, often touching on:
For too long, many startup and venture spaces have been dominated by a narrow set of voices. FoundHers exists to broaden that conversation.
We are building a global network of women founders, operators, creators, and future entrepreneurs who believe in sharing ideas, learning from each other, and supporting the next generation of builders.
Through interviews, events, and collaborations, we create spaces where meaningful conversations, and meaningful connections, can happen.
Born in Beijing, Teresa grew up across China, the US, and Europe. With a background in journalism, sociology, and business, she brings a cross-cultural and interdisciplinary lens to storytelling. She began her journey as a documentary filmmaker in 2019, capturing real lives and untold perspectives, a sensibility that continues to shape her work in business today.
She founded FoundHers to create space for more honest conversations and to bring together a community of women in entrepreneurship, where voices and representation remain limited. Alongside this, Teresa is building early-stage ventures in human connection and investment data. She enjoys traveling and curating spaces for ambitious, like-minded women to connect and grow.
Born in Switzerland and raised across borders, Christine studied business engineering in Belgium before completing her Master's at London Business School. By day, she leads HycoJet, a Swiss water technology venture making sustainable living feel effortless, a path she chose over global big tech because she believed the most meaningful problems were still waiting to be solved. Away from work, she finds her centre at the pottery wheel, in the mountains on a long hike, or exploring a new trail, never more herself than with mud on her boots or clay on her hands.
She has always been captivated by the stories of women who build, quietly, boldly, and often without enough of an audience. So when Teresa offered her the French chair at FoundHers, she didn't think twice. For Christine, it's less about having a seat at the table and more about making sure the table keeps getting bigger.
Yuning is an executive search headhunter from 9 to 5, and enjoys photography, piano, guitar, vlogging, and podcast hosting outside of work.
Born and raised in Guangzhou, she has lived in the UK for the past 10 years and holds degrees in Psychology and Behavioural Science. Exposure to diverse minds, opinions, and perspectives has shaped her open mindset and inspired her to amplify the voices of others.
Working closely with talent in business and finance, she feels a strong responsibility to contribute to and help guide these conversations, bringing forward narratives that deserve to be both seen and heard.
Born to innovate.
Healthy (Hexie) has lived across China, the UK, and now the US. She loves traveling the world and approaching things through the lens of different cultures and people.
She's interned in seven different fields — law, medicine, finance, marketing, and more — before deciding to go all in on tech. She's worked in product, engineering, and growth across multiple tech companies, and is now building her own product, driven by a desire to deliver the right solution.
Healthy is passionate about directing. She's directed documentaries featuring women across 15 countries, hoping to inspire audiences through story and film.
Raised in Hangzhou and shaped by her grandmother’s strength, she developed an early awareness of feminism and independence. Now a Biostatistics PhD student and drawn to both logic and narratives, she began exploring storytelling through podcasting—creating spaces for conversations about identity, ambition, and lives beyond conventional paths. Outside academia, she is a curious player on Earth, she is drawn to food, learning, and everyday life—constantly exploring the different ways people think, behave, and shape their own paths.
Shuyang is a US tax professional, shaped by three years of studying and living in New York, followed by six years working in London. She is a Tianjin native with a genuine interest in engaging with people across industries. Shuyang is committed to supporting female entrepreneurs by connecting resources, fostering meaningful dialogue, and helping turn ambitious ideas into reality—efficiently and sustainably.
